  • What is iNetBet?

    Once you have created your account with us you can use your Credit / Debit card or any of our other deposit methods to purchase Casino Chips.   • Is my computer compatible with iNetBet software?

    Any computer running Microsoft Windows 95 or later will be capable of running our casino software.

    Popup blockers, anti-virus software and firewalls will sometimes incorrectly prevent access to our software. If you are experiencing problems downloading please restart your computer, disable all these systems and try again.

  • Can I play if I have an operating system other than Windows?

    At this moment iNetBet software is only compatible with Microsoft Windows however we will we introducing Mac, Mobile and Tablet compatible versions soon

Bonus Questions

  • What is a bonus?

    Bonus chips are held in your account balance and can be played in exactly the same way as chips you have purchased. They are a great way to extend your play time and increase your winning chances.

  • What does a percentage bonus mean?

    Deposit bonuses are often described as a percentage of your purchase amount, so for example if you deposit EUR 100 and claim a 65% bonus you will be credited with EUR 65 of bonus chips.

  • Can I withdraw bonus chips?

    The bonuses at iNetBet are for play purposes only. You can win with the bonus chips and cashout the winnings, but the bonus chips themselves cannot be withdrawn. Any bonus chips in your account will be removed when your withdrawal request is processed.

  • What is a wagering requirement?

    All bonuses at iNetBet will carry a wagering requirement. This is simply a minimum amount you must play in the casino before you can request a withdrawal.

    The wagering requirement is sometimes referred to as a ‘Play through’ and is often expressed as a multiple of the deposit plus the bonus.

    So for example if you deposit 100 EUR and claim a 65% bonus with a 20x wagering requirement you must wager (100 + 65) * 20 = EUR 3,300 before you can request a withdrawal.

  • Is there a maximum cashout?

    At iNetBet all deposit bonuses do not have a maximum cashout restriction. Any free chips or non deposit bonuses have a maximum cashout of 10x the bonus amount unless specified otherwise.

  • What are comp points?

    Comp points are another way that we reward our loyal players. Every wager you make in the casino will automatically earn you comp points, and you can turn your comp points into cash at any time.

  • How do I earn comp points?

    Comp points are automatically earned with every wager you make in the casino. Different games will earn comp points at different rates and keep your eye out for special promotions where you can double or even triple the rate that comp points are earned.

  • How do I redeem my comp points?

    Just visit the Cashier and click on the Redeem Comp Points tab. There you can check your current comp points balance and enter the amount you wish to convert.

  • Can I withdraw the cash i have redeemed from my comp points?

    Yes. The cash chips that you convert from your comp points carry no wagering requirements, no maximum cashout and are fully withdrawable.

Downloading and Installation

  • Where do I find the installed software?

    By default, the software is installed in the following directory:

    C:\Program Files\iNetBet Eur\Casino.exe

    To place a shortcut on your desktop, go to the above location, right click on the Casino.exe file and select ‘Send To’ then ‘Desktop (add shortcut)’.

  • How do I remove the software from my computer?

    As with ay software it is best to remove it using the uninstaller. This does vary slightly with different versions of Windows however it is always in the Control Panel.

  • Will I need to pay for the software?

    No. The iNetBet software is completely free of charge, and you can play for as long as you want in our Fun Money Mode without charge.

  • How long do I need to stay connected to the Internet?

    You will need to be connected to the Internet while you are playing the game as the outcome of each wager is determined by our Secure Gaming Server.

Registering and Logging On

  • How do I register a new account?

    If you are installing the software for the first time you will automatically be taken to the Registration Form immediately after the software installation is complete. If you need to register a new account this option is available on the login screen each time you start the casino software.

  • Can I open multiple accounts?

    You are only permitted one real money playing account. If there is more than one person at your address who wishes to play at iNetBet e.g. Husband and Wife you must request this in advance by contacting our support team.

  • I try to create an account and it tells me that the username already exists

    The username you have chosen has already been taken by someone else, try choosing a username that is less common, or add numbers to the end to make it more unique.

  • Can I play at iNetBet from different computers using my existing playing account?

    Yes, however, you will need to download and install the software on each machines that you would like to play from. Also, you will need to be connected to the Internet at all times during play.

  • I am getting a message that says "Unable to connect."

    If you have downloaded the software and it does not connect, first check your Internet connection. You have to be online to play at our Casino.

    If you are connected to the Internet and you are still experiencing problems., then you may need to uninstall and re-download the software. If this does not work try disabling any firewall software that you have running and check that you are not behind a Proxy server. Should the problem persist please contact our support team for assistance.

  • Why do I keep getting an Invalid Password message?

    If you have just been disconnected from the software or didn't exit properly, the system may still have you registered as logged in. Please wait around 15 minutes for the automatic disconnection and then you'll be able to connect.

    You may also be entering the wrong password. Remember the account name and password are case sensitive so check that you do not have Caps Lock turned on.

  • I cannot remember my log in details.

    If you are unable to remember your account details please send an email to support from the email address registered on your account in order to retrieve them. You will need to include your Full Name, Address and Contact number used when opening the account.


  • Can I play for real money?

  • What currencies do you accept?

    All wagering is transacted in Euros. You may make a deposit with us in any currency you like and the purchase amount will be converted to Euros at the International Bank Currency rate at the time of transfer.

  • How long does it take to receive my winnings

    We process withdrawal requests each business day and weekends, the length of time it takes for the funds to reach you depends on the method you have chosen. This information is provided in the casino cashier when you request the withdrawal. Our normal policy is to process your withdrawal within 24 hours of your request.

  • Are my winnings reported for tax purposes?

    No, all transactions are strictly confidential. We will not report any activity to any government agency or body.

  • How can I get more "for fun" credits?

    Spam is unsolicited e-mail. This means that the e-mail being received was not requested at anytime by the recipient. If you don't know the person, or they have not asked to be part of your list, or the list you are sending, then it is considered Spam.

  • What is your spam policy?

    We do not tolerate Spam of any type. If you are an affiliate of ours and you are unsure if you will be spamming people, e-mail and explain your advertising method. If we receive notification and proof of spamming, we reserve the right to close your affiliate account and you will forfeit all earnings generated from the offending campaigns.


  • If I have a payment issue is there an independent arbitrator?

    In the unlikely event that you have some kind of issue with iNetBet there is an independent arbitrator which can be consulted. They are called CDS Corporation Ltd.
